In Dirge of Cerberus you can gain a hidden ending, to get the extra ending you must collected all the G Reports from the locations below:

Report # Chapter Location
G Report 1 8 Protect the World Regenesis Organization members as they open a door, continue through and climb the ladder to find the first G Report.
G Report 2 10 Located on rooftop about half way through the level.
G Report 3 11 When you enter a room with several Mako Pods, take the rising platform up onto the pipes and run to the corner to grab yourself the last G Report.

After beating the game and waiting for the The End screen to appear you will see an extra scene containing G.

If you have never cleared the game before you will also unlock Extra Hard Mode, if you are playing in Normal or Hard Mode.
