During Chapter 5 at Bikanel Desert you will be set a side-quest to find 10 Cactaur's from around Spira; below are the locations:
Lobiva - Oasis - Bikanel Desert
Toumeya - Besaid Beach
Loberia - Chateu Leblanc
Areq & Arroja - Found at the foot of Mt. Gagazet
Islaya - North Thunder Plains
Chiapa - Kilika Woods
Erio - Mt. Gagazet Trail
Burtschella - Dona's House - Kilika Island
Frailea - Cactuar Hollow
