Celestial Weapons Guide
First off you'll have to get the Cloudy Mirror, in order to get this follow the steps in the Remiem Temple section to get to Remiem Temple. Head to the right side of the temple, not going inside and you'll see a Chocobo, examine it to be challenged with a race to the center of the spiral. If you beat the Champion Chocobo it gets you the Cloudy Mirror!
Once you have this go to Macalania Woods, speak to the mother and child at the entrance they will tell you about her husband going missing. Go to the east area then to the west area. You'll see him there. Now go back to the Save Sphere, and you'll see a crystal path go up to the path until you reach an intersection. Turn that corner and press X at the end of the path, this will turn your Cloudy Mirror into the Celestial Mirror.
Below is a list on how to get each item, once you have the item and the required Crest and Sigil go back to where you powered up the Cloudy Mirror to power up the weapons.
Tidus
Caladbolg - Beat the Chocobo Trainer in a race then follow a path down at the northern part of the Calm Lands. Examine the glyph then use the Celestial Mirror.
Sun Crest - Obtained in a treasure chest in the area you fought Yunalesca, if you've already beaten Yunalesca then you must defeat Dark Bahamut.
Sun Sigil - Aquire a time of 0.0 in the Chocobo Race at the Calm Lands.
Yuna
Nirvana - Capture all the monsters in the Calm Lands then return to the Monster Arena, use the Celestial Mirror on the chest that appears.
Moon Crest - Found on Besaid Beach.
Moon Sigil - Obtain all the Aeons and then defeat all Belgemine's at Remiem Temple.
Auron
Masamune - Obtain the "Rusty Sword" from near the Cavern of the Stolen Fayth then go to Mushroom Rock Road and Examine Lord Mi'ihen's statue, a glyph will appear then you Examine it.
Mars Crest - At the end of the Old Mi'ihen Road.
Mars Sigil - Capture at least one of every fiend in at least ten areas.
Wakka
World Champion - Talk to the barman in the Cafe at Luca, if you have won enough Blitzball games he'll present you with the World Champion.
Jupiter Crest - In one of the lockers in the Besaid Aurochs room at Luca Stadium.
Jupiter Sigil - Obtain Wakka's Reels, (Attack, Status and Auroch) and it will appear as a prize in a Blitzball Game.
Lulu
Onion Knight - Chest underwater outside Baaj Temple.
Venus Crest - Found in the Farplane once you have obtained the Airship.
Venus Sigil - Dodge 200 lightning bolts at the Thunder Plains, then claim your prize at Rin's travel agency.
Rikku
Godhand - On the Airship use "GODHAND" as the password, go to the location it unlocks and open the chest at the rear.
Mercury Crest - Within a whirlpool on Bikanel Island.
Mercury Sigil - Complete the Cactuar Village Side Quest.
Kimahri
Spirit Lance - Examine 3 Cactuar stones in the Thunder Plains with the Square button. A ghost Cactuar appears. Then go to Thunder Plains South, near the save sphere will be a fallen lightning rod, examine it with Square.
Saturn Crest - In a chest behind a pillar at Gagazet Prominence.
Saturn Sigil - Catch 7 blue butterflies at Macalania Woods.
