Lucky 7 is obtained when your Hit Points reach exactly 7777. There are many ways to acheive Lucky 7 such as turning into a Frog and having 1 HP taken off you each time but the easiest way is to just max out your character to level 99 and you'll be doing 9999 damage anyways!
If you do acheive Lucky 7 your name flashes and you cause 7777 damage until you lose a Hit Point.
