When you obtain the GF Eden, you can utilize it's Devour ability, to increase your character's stats.

HP:
-Rinoa in Adel +10
-Ruby Dragon +10*

Strength:
-T-Rexaur +1*

Vitality:
-Adamantoise +1

Magic:
-Behemoth +1

Spirit:
-Malboro +1*

Speed:
-Pu Pu +1

Additionally if you eat a Cactuar, your HP is fully healed.

*The best place to find this monster is on the Islands Closest to Heaven and Hell.
