Steiner is commander of the Pluto Knights of Alexandria, he is a high ranking officer to Queen Brahne, along side Beartix.
He follows the princess everywhere always looking out for her as it is his duty to serve the royal family and protect them.
He is an extremely strong character dealing huge amounts of damage early on in the game, combined with Vivi's Black Magic this makes him an even more powerful character, although to make up for this greatness is his speed. He is not the fastest of characters but still a very good character.
