In most of the worlds you visit in Kingdom Hearts you meet a new person who will join your party and help you out in place of either Donald or Goofy. Below is a list of all the characters and a breif description.
Aladin - Agrabah - Aladin is a young hopeful who wants to win the heart of Princess Jasmine, however all his dreams come true when he finds a magical lamp containing Genie, Aladin gets three wishes and eventually ends up freeing the Genie from the Lamp.
Ariel - Atlantica - Ariel is the liite mermaid which dreams of been able to walk around on the world above the ocean, however when Ursula attacks Atlantica she joins Sora to help her father.
Beast - Hollow Bastion - Beast was once a selfish prince who got cursed by a witch for been so judgemental on appearances, when Sora wanders into Hollow Bastion he meets Beast who is also hunting down Malicifent to save Belle.
Jack Skellington - Halloween Town - Jack Skellington is the Knight of Nightmares, the scariest guy in Halloween Town, this year he's been arranging a dancing Heartless display, but things have gone wrong and he joins Sora to save Halloween Town.
Peter Pan - Neverland - Peter Pan is a green capped flying wonder that never ages, when Neverland is threatened by the Heartless Peter Pan quickly comes to your aid and teaches Sora how to fly!
Tarzan - Deep Jungle - Tarzan of the Jungle, a boy raised by apes deep in the jungle. When the Heartless come to Deep Jungle and threaten the peace Tarzan reluctantly joins up with Sora to stop the madness.
