Xigbar
As soon as the battle with Xigbar begins you'll notice something different, your looking down on Sora as if you were Xigbar through his Sniper Scope. When you start getting shot at keep jamming Triangle button and using Reaction Commands to dodge his attacks.As soon as it returns to the normal view Lock On to Xigbar, it can be quite difficult following him because he teleports a lot so the best way to keep him still is to have the Negative Combo ability equipped and go straight into Master Form and batter him with a huge combo. If he teleports just press R1 and you'll be facing him again, then unleash another combo on him.
He does do a lot of damage to you, so it's best to equip some Hi-Potions and Ethers in your quick commands, keep using Hi-Potions when you take hefty damage and if the worst comes to the worst and your in MP Charge and your Health is low use an Ether and then Curaga.It's best not to use Magic in this battle, save it for curing purposes only. At some point in the battle the stage will change and Xigbar will be floating in the middle. The stage is shaped like the picture on the right.
Xigbar will be floating at point X, so the best thing to do is go back into Master Form or Valor Form if your not already and run around the side or the stage and up the passage in the middle then unleash another huge combo on him. Keep doing this until the stage returns back to normal.
At some point in the battle it will return to how it was at the beginning, again just use Reaction Commands and keep jamming Triangle button until your back into normal view.
