Hey everyone,
First off, I’d like to apologize for updating Final Fantasy Rebirth of late. I have several reasons for this, but the first and main reason is that Square Enix news is scarce especially considering E3 turned out a huge let down for Square Enix fans with next to nothing been revealed.
Lately, myself and the forum staffers have been working hard on the forums trying to add a bunch of new features. Blade’s been working hard on our RPG, whilst I’ve been working on a radio player for forum members to listen to their favourite gaming and anime tracks! If you’re looking for a new forum to join, Final Fantasy Rebirth’s forums are the perfect place - so register today!
Square Nexus recently informed us that Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu have recently published an article containing information on four new job classes that will be appearing in Final Fantasy Tactics A2.
Humes will recieve the Youjinbou, a sword-wielding job that other than its weapon, we really have no idea about. Bangaas will be receiving the Cannoneer job, specializing in long range attacks. For magic using Vieras there is a new Green Mage class that specializes in status-affecting spells. New for the moogle race is the Chocobo Knight job, which lets moogles ride chocobos and use their skills.
I’m pretty sure we can expect another couple of batches of new job classes to be added to Final Fantasy Tactics A2, and that this is just a taste of what’s in store for the game!
On a final note, a High Definition version of The Last Remnant trailer is available on the Xbox Live Marketplace under the E3 2007 section. It’s completely free of charge, so it’s worth downloading if you haven’t already seen it!

Hey everyone,
It’s that time of year again, today marked the beginning of the two day gaming event, E3 in Santa Monica. Unfortunately no new Square Enix trailers have been released on the E3 Expo website yet, that is. This year E3 has also been renamed from Electronic Entertainment Expo to E3 Media Festival.
However thanks to Final Fantasy World we do have a complete list of the Square Enix lineup over the next two days.
Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker - Nintendo DS : 6th November 2007 [NA] Dragon Quest Swords: The Masked Queen and the Tower of Mirrors - Wii : TBA [NA] Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates - Nintendo DS : Spring 2008 [NA] Heroes of Mana - Nintendo DS : 14th August 2007 [NA] Final Fantasy II - Sony PSP : 24th July 2007 [NA] Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions - Sony PSP : 9th October 2007 [NA] Final Fantasy XI: Wings Of The Goddess - PlayStation 2, Windows PC and Xbox 360 : Winter 2007 [NA] Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings - Nintendo DS : 20th November 2007 [NA] Front Mission - Nintendo DS : 23rd October 2007 [NA]
Out of the above titles the following will have playable demos Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker (Nintendo DS), Final Fantasy II (PSP), Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings (Nintendo DS), Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions (PSP), Front Mission (Nintendo DS) and Heroes of Mana (Nintendo DS). Unfortunately there’s nothing on Fabula Nova Crystallis, so all of you Final Fantasy XIII hopefuls will have to wait until Tokyo Game Show for another trailer!

Hey everyone,
Today Square Enix released the first ever trailer for The Last Remnant on Xbox 360 and PS3, the trailer shows some stunning footage but more interestingly at the begin of the trailer the text “A Square Enix RPG, for the world” appears. Could this be hinting at The Last Remnant been released all over the world on the same date? It’s happened before with many developers, Sega have been known to do it on several accounts.
Jeux France have also released several new images for The Last Remnant, they’re definitely worth checking out if you’re interested in the game!
In other news our forum has under gone, and is still under going a huge revamp. We have two new skins made by eXtremePixels and they look great! Our new staff member, Blade has also been doing a lot of work on the RPG and it’s almost finished!
Please take your time to check out the forums and don’t forget to register!

Hey everyone,
Just a few hours ago Square Enix released 3 new videos for the upcoming Nintendo DS title, Final Fantasy Tactics A2: The Sealed Grimoire. The videos don’t reveal too much but they do show some game play footage and as expected this game looks very similar to Final Fantasy Tactics Advance both game play wise, and graphically.

Hey everyone,
Whilst surfing the net I came across a Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII scan that reveals Yuffie to be a character in the game.
Due to the fact Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII takes place before Final Fantasy VII, I wasn’t expecting Yuffie to show up in the game. However she does, she approaches Zack Fair as a child in Crisis Core and as far as I can make out the scan implies that Yuffie could be a playable character due to the fact there’s a screenshot of Yuffie (taken from a third person view) opening a treasure chest.
